Refund Policy

The Personal Optimization Blueprint is personalized digital content supplied as an on-screen report and downloadable PDF. It is generated and delivered immediately after Stripe confirms your €19 one-time payment.

Before payment, we ask you to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for this purchase.

If we do not obtain that express consent and acknowledgment correctly, any withdrawal rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

Once delivery has begun following your express request and acknowledgment, we do not normally offer a refund merely because you changed your mind or no longer want the Blueprint.

If Stripe confirms payment but your Blueprint does not appear or cannot be downloaded, contact us without undue delay at office@biohackoptimum.com. Include the email used at checkout, your Stripe receipt or order reference, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send card details or medical information.

We will first try to supply your Blueprint or provide a working replacement without charge and without undue delay. If we cannot supply it within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to end the contract and receive a full refund.

If the delivered PDF is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or does not match what was advertised, contact us at office@biohackoptimum.com. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will provide a working replacement, correct the problem, offer an appropriate price reduction, or issue a refund.

When a refund is due, it will be returned to the original payment method without additional fees and within the period required by applicable law. Stripe and your bank may require additional time to display it.

The included one-time revision within 14 days is an additional service benefit. It does not replace or limit any statutory right or remedy for digital content that is not supplied or is faulty or non-conforming.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Those rights may vary by country.
