Is this medical advice?+
No. BioHack Optimum is an educational optimization framework. It does not diagnose, treat or replace your clinician — and your Blueprint flags anything worth raising with one.
How is the Blueprint personalized?+
Every section is generated from your specific answers: your wake time, caffeine load, training days, stress pattern and stated goal. Two people never receive the same document.
What exactly do I receive?+
A professionally typeset PDF containing your baseline analysis, prioritized levers, a sequenced 30-day protocol, daily habit cards and a tracking sheet — plus the same content readable on screen.
How long does the assessment take?+
Around three minutes. It is 14 questions, and your answers are saved as you move through it, so refreshing or stepping away will not lose your progress.
How fast is delivery?+
Immediately. Your Blueprint is generated and available to download the moment your payment is confirmed.
What does it cost?+
€19 introductory price, paid once — the regular price is €29. There is no subscription, no upsell and nothing recurring. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe.
Do you sell supplements?+
No. We take no affiliate commissions and sell no products beyond the Blueprint itself, so recommendations are not shaped by what we could sell you.
Can I get a refund?+
Once immediate delivery begins with your express consent, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available. Your statutory rights remain intact if the Blueprint is not supplied or is faulty, corrupted, incomplete, or does not match its description. See the Refund Policy for the request process.
What happens to my answers?+
They are used to generate your Blueprint. We never sell personal data, and your card details never touch our systems — Stripe handles payment end to end.
Do I need a wearable or bloodwork?+
No. The assessment is built entirely around self-reported lifestyle information.
Is it safe if I have a health condition?+
Speak to your clinician before acting on any protocol. The Blueprint is educational content and is not designed around medical conditions, medications or pregnancy.
